Profile
The Profile page, opened from your account menu, shows what your organization records about you.
What the page shows
Section titled “What the page shows”- Profile: your first and last name, nickname and display name.
- Contact information: the email address you sign in with, and your phone number.
- Organization information: your country, join date and your organization’s internal ID for you.
- Professional information: your medical ID and any additional certifications.
- Preferences: the language the application is shown in, and its theme. A change applies straight away.
- Availability: your working hours, if you can manage your own or others’ availability.
Editing your profile
Section titled “Editing your profile”Choose Edit to change your name, nickname, display name or phone number, then Save. You don’t need any special permission to edit your own profile. A changed phone number is shown as not verified. Your email address cannot be changed here. Organization and professional information is maintained by your organization’s administrators, on your user record.
