Active Visits

Active lists the visits in progress at your workspace location. It shows the patient, the documentation status, when the visit started, and how long it has been running. Choose View to open the visit page.

Walk-ins

Create Walk-In Visit starts a visit immediately for a patient who has arrived without an appointment. The visit starts with the patient Waiting.

Who sees what

Viewing the list needs permission to view active visits, plus permission to view visits. Creating a walk-in needs permission to start visits at your workspace location: you must work there, and starting visits must not be switched off for you there.
